What is Shell & Core?
Shell & Core refers to the foundational stage of a building, typically provided by developers. The exterior is fully completed, while the interior remains a "shell," equipped with essential features such as main services, floors, doors, windows, basic fire protection, and emergency lighting. This stage is ready for incoming tenants to customize further with their fit-out requirements.
